1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Printican, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Printican takes care of automating the connection regarding Print on Demand between Printify and YouCan. We provide tools for product synchronization, order management, and a marketplace for digital assets.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly). Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method.
4. Marketplace Usage
Digital Assets: Designs purchased on our marketplace are licensed for use on your designated store only. Redistribution or resale of the raw digital asset is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Printican is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or profits.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, specifically regarding fraudulent activity or abuse of the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
