Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Printican subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

2. Marketplace Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital designs on the Marketplace are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions may be made if:

• The file is corrupted or technically defective.
• The design fundamentally misrepresents the preview image.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@printican.com with your order ID and the reason for the request. We typically process refunds within 3-5 business days.
